Seetha Cave

Sita Lena or otherwise known as the Seetha Cave is situated in the Avissawella area of Sri Lanka. According to local folklore, this cave has a direct connection to the legend of Ravana from the epic Ramayana. The cave is said to be where Sita, the wife of Lord Rama, was held captive by Ravana.
